The One-77 is propelled by a 7.3-liter V12 atmospheric engine with a power of 750 hp, thanks to the work of the Cosworth engineers, enabling it to reach 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds. This makes it the most powerful car of the British manufacturer2 (the Vanquish S will always be the fastest serial Aston Martin with 323 km/h, which corresponds to 201 mph). The chassis is made of carbide and the body is made of aluminum, a rare configuration for automobiles, but one that provides great flexibility and very good rigidity4.
According to the firm, it reached 354.86 km/h during secret tests in Southern Europe on a brand plate5.
