The new Audi R8 LMS, which now incorporates even more race car technology, is following in the footsteps of its successful predecessor.

Audi fans were already able to marvel at the new GT3 sports car from Neckarsulm in full action in 2015, for example in the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring, where Audi Sport Team WRT celebrated an overall victory with the new R8 LMS. At the 12-hour race at Sepang, the Audi R8 LMS swept the top three spots. The 2016 season also got off to a successful start: an overall victory in the Dubai 24 Hours and a class win in the classic Daytona 24 Hours.
