Chevrolet Corsa TPS

Turismo Pista is an Argentine speed car racing category. Originally created in 1987 as an offshoot of the Formula 07 zonal category, it went through several institutional changes until it was reformulated as a national category in 2001, thanks to the recognition acquired by the Argentine Automobile Club. Its supervision is the responsibility of the Automobile Sports Commission of the Argentine Automobile Club, while its legal and sporting administration is the responsibility of its own association, known as the Asociación de Pilotos del Turismo Pista (APTP).

Started with zonal origins, this category would be recognized as one of the main semi-figures in Argentine motor racing, also due in large part to its affordability and the mechanical parity of the units in its fleet. Throughout its history, this category has applied a similar theme to National Tourism, dividing its fleet into different classes, depending on the engine capacity or design qualities of each model. As of 2015, there are three categories that make up the Turismo Pista motor park.
