In March 2022, Polestar unveiled the stunning Polestar O2 electric roadster concept in Los Angeles, showcasing their vision for a future electric sports car.
The overwhelming positive response led to the announcement in August 2022 that this concept would go into production as the Polestar 6.

A special "LA Concept Edition," limited to 500 numbered units, was released shortly after, selling out in just one week.
While the official production launch is targeted for 2026, the Polestar 6 has already made dynamic appearances, including a "BST Concept" variant unveiled at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
