LIGIER JS P320
Unveiled during the 2019 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Ligier JS P320 is one of the four new generation chassis selected by the ACO – the Automobile Club de l’Ouest. Worthy heir to the Ligier JS P3, with its modern hypercar look and its Ligier trademark nose with the hollow, the Ligier JS P320 is instantly recognisable.
The Ligier JS P320 retains all the Ligier JS P3’s characteristics that have forged its reputation – its robustness and its easy running characteristics. With its 95% new bodywork, Ohlins dampers, a new more powerful Nissan V8 VK56 engine, an adapted cooling system and aerodynamics optimised for all the circuits, the Ligier JS P320’s aim is to surpass its elder sister.
As of 2020, it will replace the Ligier JS P3 in European Le Mans Series, Michelin Le Mans Cup and Ultimate Cup Series. It will join the Asian Le Mans Series in 2020-2021, the IMSA Prototype Challenge in 2021, the Australian LM P3 Cup in 2022 and other diverse national championships.
