After years of racing in S1600 class, LADA Sport racing team created a new version of LADA Granta for Touring Light class of the Russian Circuit Racing Series.

The car shares many components with it’s brother from lower class. This is the most recent car to use H-pattern manual and naturally aspirated engine in Touring Light class.

Touring Light Granta is lighter than the S1600 brother and 40 kg lighter than other forced induction cars of it’s class. The 1.6-liter engine is limited to 180 horsepower with redline of 8,000 rpm.
The front brake discs have also increased in size. In addition, according to the regulations, the Touring Light uses larger 15-inch wheels and two types of tires – rain and racing slicks.
