Muscles made of steel, aluminium and carbon-fibre (CFRP). With the consistent use of lightweight construction materials, the vehicle weight and the centre of gravity of the BMW M4 CS sink – while the dynamics and agility rise. For example, the engine bonnet, the front splitter, the rear diffuser, and the rear spoiler, as well as the roof are all made of lightweight and high-strength carbon-fibre. Even in the interior, every gram of weight was considered: the new BMW M4 CS captivates with weight-optimised lightweight M sport seats for the driver and front passenger, which offer exceptional lateral support and are finished in non-slip leather Alcantara combination. With every fibre (or carbon-fibre): the new BMW M4 CS makes it unmistakably clear that is a high-performance sports car.

The excellent driving dynamics of the BMW M4 CS are not only based on the instantaneous response and powerful engine, but also on the use of many other high-performance parts. The electric-mechanical steering M Servotronic, the Active M differential and the especially athletic design of the M double-clutch transmission provide outstanding performance on the road and the racetrack. The specially aligned Adaptive M suspension has three different driving modes which can be used to optimise the damper calibration depending on road conditions and driving style – ensuring the highest levels of agility, steering precision as well as suitability in everyday driving.
